Casters are essential for dealing Arts damage, which bypasses physical defense and is high-stakes against heavily armored enemies. Their archetypes include:

• Single-Target Casters (e.g., Amiya, Haze, Eyjafjalla, Ceobe): High single-target Arts damage. Amiya is your starter Caster and remains viable.
• AoE Casters (e.g., Lava, Gitano, Ifrit, Dusk): Deal Arts splash damage to multiple enemies. Excellent for clearing waves of high-DEF enemies.
• Mech-A-Casters (e.g., Click, Passenger, Goldenglow): Summon drones or have unique targeting mechanics, often with high burst or sustained damage.
