General Tips
Master Immortals Fenyx Rising with general gameplay and puzzle tips, including resource management and essential skill unlocks.
- 1Complete as many myth challenges and open as many chests as possible to gather resources for unlocking more skills, stamina, and health, and for upgrading your gear.
- 2Collect any and all ingredients you find.
- 3Spend your Charon coins primarily on the two traversal skills costing coins first, as they will make exploration much easier.
- 4After acquiring traversal skills, focus mainly on godly powers, particularly Ares' Wrath, Athena's Dash, and Phosphor.
- 5Ares' Wrath is effective for both vaults and combat. In combat, it serves as a go-to stun method and a great area-of-effect (AOE) attack when its skill tree is fully unlocked. In puzzles and vaults, it can be used with the Ares method.
- 6The Ares method involves double jumping and gliding, then using Ares' Wrath to increase height before continuing to glide. This is not viable until you have at least 8 stamina, but it is incredibly useful in many vaults and is a requirement in some. It is also used in normal puzzles where you need to jump higher than normal.
- 7Athena's Dash is very useful for bashing into enemies and stunning them after Ares' Wrath is insufficient. Outside of combat, it can be used as a fast dash to bypass a barrier or closing door, or when laser immunity is learned, to avoid laser damage entirely.
- 8Phosphor is very useful throughout the game and recommended to acquire as soon as possible. His cloaking ability allows for better sneak attacks. His clone ability is excellent for puzzles involving pedestals. His normal bombardment attack is excellent, and giving him skins to change its appearance can make it very useful.
- 9Fight bosses and hidden bosses as much as possible, as they provide good practice and are sources of Red Adamantine Shards, Phosphor skins, and wings.
- 10The recommended region order for ease of play is: Clashing Rocks to Valley of Eternal Spring to Grove of Kleos to The Forgelands to War's Den to King's Peak to Gates of Tartaros. You can complete regions in any order, but this sequence can make your experience smoother.
- 11Do not neglect heroic tasks, as they will help increase your supply of materials and upgrade items.
- 12If playing on hard difficulty, try to avoid skipping content as much as possible. Otherwise, play as you see fit.
- 13Potions are very powerful; the game becomes significantly easier combat-wise once you have them and begin upgrading them.
- 14A recommended build includes the Brood of Typhon helmet (or Winged Helmet of the Eagle for damage at full health, or any Divinity Helm) which triples damage at a fixed chance. Use the Breastplate of the Eagle armor for easy high combos at max health, along with health and buff potions. The Axe and Sword should be your starting default weapons, as at level 6 (or mastery), they deal significant damage.
- Complete as many myth challenges and open as many chests as possible to gather resources for unlocking more skills, health, stamina, and gear upgrades.
- Collect all ingredients you find.
- Prioritize spending Charon coins on the two coin-costing traversal skills for easier exploration.
- Focus on acquiring godly powers like Ares' Wrath, Athena's Dash, and Phosphor after traversal skills.
- Use Ares' Wrath for phenomenal enemies and increasing height in puzzles and vaults.
- Use Athena's Dash for combat stuns, quick traversal, and avoiding laser damage.
- Leverage Phosphor's cloaking for stealth, clone ability for puzzles, and bombardment attack.
- Engage bosses and hidden bosses for practice and valuable rewards like Red Adamantine Shards.
- Follow the suggested region order for a smoother progression.
- Complete heroic tasks to boost your material and upgrade item supply.
- Potions are extremely powerful and can trivialize combat when upgraded.
- Consider a build focusing on high damage at full health with specific helmet and armor pieces, along with potent potions and upgraded Axe/Sword.

Myth Challenges
Navigation
- This challenge is found on the way to the first Gorgon fight before you acquire Herakles's Strength.
- You need to run through a course with fallen pillars.
- Dash through in a straight line, jumping over the pillars to reach the goal.
Lyre Challenge 1
This is the northernmost Lyre in this region. To access it, go over the cliff end of the island area and check its northern parts until you find the cave where this Lyre is located. A red barrier prevents access.
- Activate three terminals to undo the barrier.
- The first terminal is in front of the door.
- The second terminal is beyond the door on the left.
- The third terminal is beyond the door on the right.
- The two terminals behind doors can be accessed through openings.
- For the right terminal, scale around the cliff to reach it via an opening with sunlight.
- For the left terminal, find an underwater cavern by diving into the water nearest to the door on your side, then advance and rise once inside. Use Mushrooms to heal stamina to avoid drowning.
- Once all 3 terminals are activated, you can access the Lyre and the chest.
- The Lyre's pattern from left to right is: 4,3,4,1.
- Fast Travel to the Big Lyre and replay them there.
Lyre Challenge 2
- This Lyre is south of the previous one, guarded by a flying enemy, and located below a statue.
- The pattern is: 2,4,1.
Lyre Challenge 3 / Chest 4
This challenge is in the far northwestern portion of the region, near a large temple-like structure.
- Activate 4 terminals outside one of the red barriers to unlock it.
- To the left of the terminal, find a pedestal above a statue of a man with goat horns and legs.
- Pick up one of the 3 stones next to the statue and take it to the south end of the building.
- Place the stone on the feather pedestal to remove the red barrier.
- Enter the room, pull the rock towards you, and the barrier will reactivate. Use the terminal next to you to turn it off permanently.
- Return the rock to where you found it.
- Jump down the hole in the room to find the second of the 4 terminals across from you, blocked by fencing.
- Find a spot with deeper water, dive under, and find your way through a hole to the next room.
- Rise to the surface and activate the terminal; this also opens an exit back outside.
- Return to the goat man statue.
- Look southwest from the statue to see another red barrier with a broken portion of wall above it.
- Pick up one of the 3 rocks and throw it at full charge at the broken portion to reveal a target inside.
- Shoot the target with your arrows to make the barrier disappear.
- Activate the third terminal.
- Go to the southwestern side of the building to find the last barrier.
- Across from it is a cave. Note the object in the tree nearby with a red lock.
- Enter the cave, climb the stairs, and find a hole to jump down.
- Inside, find a fenced wall with a feather pedestal and a small cube.
- Pull the cube using L1+Triangle and drop it on the pedestal.
- Leave the cave. This removes the lock on the object in the tree, which is a flame pyre.
- Use Apollo's arrows to light the pyre. Stand in front of flame dishes below and fire the arrow through them, guiding it into the pyre.
- Once lit, the barrier will open, allowing you to activate the final terminal.
- Return to the first terminal to find the barrier gone.
- A sub boss enemy, a large red boss with a spear, is inside. Try a stealth attack for significant damage.
- When fighting normally, the boss will activate a barrier linked to 3 small enemies he summons. Kill the small enemies quickly to remove his barrier.
- Dodge the boss's attacks, use the axe to stun him, and finish him off.
- You can open the chest to get the Skin of Revels.
- The Lyre's Pattern is: 3,1,2,4,4.
Constellation Challenge
Upon arriving at the Observatory, you will see a platform with 16 circular slots and an orb in one of them. The image shows 5 more dots than what is on the platform.
- Find the remaining 4 orbs and bring them to the platform to place in the correct spots.
- From the slots, go left (North) down stairs to a building with a fenced-off entrance.
- Walk around the building from the northern end and find a broken wall; destroy it with your axe.
- The first orb is inside. Push the metal block further in, then pick up the orb and bring it to the slots.
- To the left of the slots (North), up some stairs, you will find the second orb behind a barrier.
- Step on the pedestal on the other side to unlock and light a Pyre.
- Light the unlocked Pyre using Apollo's arrows.
- Collect the orb and place it in a correct slot.
- Make sure to use Mushrooms to heal stamina when navigating underwater sections to avoid drowning.
- The sub boss's attacks are easily telegraphed, so lock on when he is the only enemy remaining.
