Secrets: 47 total, including trophies like _Hidden Among the Pines_, _Hidden Among Rats_, and _Hidden in Rubble_. These are the primary collectibles found throughout the game.
Masks: 18 total, securing the Beneath the Mask trophy.
Posters: 20 total, securing the A Proper Gander trophy.
Hidden Statues: 5 total, earning the Prayer for the Dying trophy. The 5th statue only lights up if all others are collected in the same run.
Critters: 5 total, earning the Critter Kill Hit trophy.

Chapter 1: Dead in the Water
- Mask #1 + Secret #1: After the first ladder, go left to the end, through the door, and through the hole in the wall.
- Rest Your Legs #1: In the same room as the previous collectible, after turning on the power, sit on the chair.
- Mask #2 + Secret #2: After crossing the spinning tube, go through the door and then through the closet into the next room.
- Trophy: Dark Tourism + Rest Your Legs #2 + Poster #1 + Secret #3: Outside, to the right of the house the man enters, find the man in the chair. Kick him for the trophy, sit on the chair, and grab the adjacent poster.
- Poster #2 + Secret #4: After the cart repair area, go through the door with the light on; the poster is on the wall.
- Mask #3 + Secret #5: After using the plunger for a key, head outside and through the door with the light off. Continue forward to find the mask.
- Rest Your Legs #3: Use the key on the door to the left, go downstairs, and find the chair in front of you.
- Coffin #1 + Secret #6: After fixing the cart and crossing the bridge, go right instead of into the tunnel. Enter the train and follow it to the end.
- Hidden Statue #1 + Secret #7: After the coffin, go through the tunnel. At the end of the tracks, enter the hole in the wall on the left and light the statue.
- Poster #3 + Secret #8: After the ice cream truck chase, head left to a trailer; the poster is on it.
Chapter 2: The Cleaning House
- Mask #4 + Secret #9: At the start of Chapter 2, in the first room, go through the hole in the wall on the left before breaking the window.
- Poster #4 + Secret #10: Enter the cinema; the poster is to the right of the door.
- Trophy: Rock ‘n Pop: In the cinema room, grab the brick near the door and throw it at the popcorn machine.
- Rest Your Legs #4: Later in the chapter, after passing through the cinema room, find the sofa in the open area.
