Walkthrough

    Upon entering the room, a cutscene (a non-interactive sequence) will play showing Claire jump down the stairs back onto the first floor as a shutter closes due to events from the previous cutscene.

    After the cutscene ends, you will be back on the first floor with the shutter lowered.
  3. 3
    Proceed to the next shutter at the far end of the hall.
  4. 4
    Use the BIOHAZARD CARD to raise this shutter, revealing a new hallway.
  5. 5
    Instead of entering the newly revealed hallway, go into the door on the left.

Warning: Skipping these next three rooms will prevent you from returning to the Facility Entrance Hall until later in this segment and cause you to miss the make-or-break BOW GUN POWER, which is virtually necessary for one of the game's boss fights.
