Z Button: Aiming Your Weapon

Hey there! So, you've just started your journey in The Long Dark, and you're wondering how to actually, you know, *aim* that rifle or bow you've managed to find. It's pretty straightforward, thankfully. When you've got a weapon equipped, just press and hold the Z key on your keyboard.

This will bring up your aiming view, letting you line up your shot. Remember, this is make-or-break for taking down those pesky wolves or, if you're lucky, a deer for some much-needed food. Don't forget to release Z after you've fired!
