Learn the best strategies and tips to defeat the challenging duo of DeRosso and Yulyana in Bravely Default. Master their attacks and exploit their weaknesses!

Stats / Weaknesses:

• DeRosso: Level 60, 99,999 HP, Weak to Light
• Yulyana: Level 60, 95,000 HP, Weak to Nothing

Phases:

1. Initial Encounter: DeRosso and Yulyana attack with their signature moves. DeRosso's Energy Burst and Bone Crush are notable, while Yulyana focuses on physical attacks.
2. Combined Assault: The real danger comes when their abilities overlap. DeRosso's Graviga can severely damage your party, making them vulnerable to Yulyana's Meteor.

Strategy:

• Defense: Brace for DeRosso's Energy Burst the moment he gains 1 BP from Battle Thirst. Ensure your healer is fast enough to avoid his Bone Crush, perhaps by equipping Hermes Shoes. Abilities like Rampart and Utsusemi are game-changing for mitigating Yulyana's physical attacks. Be aware that DeRosso might destroy your protections before Yulyana's turn.
• Damage Mitigation: A high-Speed character using the Spiritmaster's Stillness ability can help keep overall damage at bay. For best results, have speedy characters like Ninjas unleash their attacks before Stillness takes effect.
• High-Damage Strategy: For a swift victory, consider this setup: Three Pirates Dual Wielding the Earth Breaker (from Dimension’s Hasp) and five Giant’s Axes (from Gigas Lich or similar weapons). On the first turn, unleash 4 lots of the Vampire's Firestorm. If buffed by a Performer's Love Power twice, this can deal around 9000 damage per hit. With 12 hits, this can defeat both bosses in a single turn.
