Chapter 1 - Weathered Spectacles: At the very start of the game, climb out of the water. To your left, there will be two paths: one going up and another to the left by the cliff wall. At the end of this left path is the collectible on the ground.

Chapter 1 - Onyx Guard Challenge Coin: After finding the 'Weathered Spectacles', start heading towards your objective. Before you do, take the leftmost path to find this collectible.
Tips
Ensure you have completed the campaign before hunting for collectibles. Gears 5 only allows one active save slot for campaign missions. Revisiting older levels will wipe progress towards collecting all components.
