Walkthrough

    Upon arriving in Mahogany Town, heal your Pokémon at the Pokémon Center. The Gym is currently inaccessible.

    Head northeast to Route 43. You will encounter a Trainer near a body of water.
  3. 3
    After defeating the Trainer, use 'Surf' to cross the water to the west and find a Bitter Berry tree.

    Return across the water and follow the grassy path to find another Trainer.
  5. 5
    After defeating this Trainer, head south to rejoin the path from the gatehouse.

    Alternatively, use the Gatehouse Path: pay $1,000 to pass through. This fee is automatically deducted.

    On the other side of the gatehouse, find a Max Ether to the west.

    Head north. You will find two paths; choose either the grassy or non-grassy path.

    Continue north past Trainers until you reach the northeastern part of the Route, near a sign.

    From here, head southwest to a small pond. Defeat the Fisherman.

    Go west and then north along the path, which leads to a secluded part of the Lake of Rage.

    Follow the path and pass some ledges. To the east, examine the last tile to find a Full Restore.

    Go west and follow the path. After using 'Cut' on a tree, you will reach a fork.

    The west path leads to a Rare Candy at its end.

    The eastern path leads to another fork. A Cut Tree blocks the northern path, at the end of which is a Max Ether.

    Continue east from this fork.
